About the Artist
I’m Deborah Abbott, multidisciplinary artist and educator. This story begins with an item that has come to me. I honor it by combining it with other material to make something new. An ongoing learning process of creating layer-by-layer without the use of paint or conventional mediums. Each piece is designed to highlight how much beauty can be found in our otherwise overlooked items.
